We appreciate the patience of our Bardstown neighbors as we work towards opening the new Heaven Hill Springs Distillery. As part of this process, we are implementing essential equipment testing that is temporarily producing loud noise from the site, with the bulk of this occurring on Wednesday, February 12, during daytime work hours. We understand this is disruptive, and we apologize for the inconvenience. This noise is due to the boiler’s testing and calibration phase and will not be typical during day-to-day operation. This work is a necessary step in opening the distillery, and our team is actively working to reduce the sound as we complete this phase.

Laying the Foundation

As we prepare for cooler, and sometimes unpredictable, winter weather in the months ahead, it’s all cylinders a-go at the Heaven Hill Springs Distillery property. The active worksite has been changing daily and we’ve made swift progress with the installation of all underground utilities and equipment. So much so that we’ve even been able to pour pavement in some areas and plan to lay building foundations soon.

Looking ahead to the spring of 2023, the site work will move above ground as we erect the first steel structure that will become the new Heaven Hill Springs Distillery. That’s when we’ll begin to see our vision come to life as we prepare for bourbon-making in 2024.
